Marketing Experience Developer

As a successful In House Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting booking eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or the selling of a vacation package to HGV resort. You will respond to guests in a timely manner, representing HGV's Cultural Values while demonstrating Customer Service based on HGV Values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Each team member is encouraged to carry out all reasonable requests by management, capable of performing.
- Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests meeting tour site qualifications determined by marketing managers.
- Completes required paperwork accurately and disposition is entered in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
- Provides location-related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
- Maintains established Minimum Performance Standard on a monthly basis.
- Reviews production reports and advises MOD in writing on any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold.
- Contacts all guests through onsite call campaigns through company CRM systems.
- Provides information to the Fulfillment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.
We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience. A detailed understanding of the local area is also essential.

- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
