Regional Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Director role at Adams Keegan is a dynamic opportunity for a sales professional to drive growth and expansion within an assigned geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Customer Identification and Engagement: Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and clients.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and partners on product features, installation procedures, and best practices.
- Travel Requirements: Must travel in a vehicle that can carry a vast array of product material and product sample boards.
- Physical Demands: The ability to lift 25lbs of samples or flooring material on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience required.
- Technical Skills: The candidate must have the ability to use a laptop computer/tablet and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, specifically MS Office.
- Preferred Qualifications: Flooring experience preferred.
