Job Overview

Position Summary: The OEM Compliance Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our operational facilities adhere to the standards set forth by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This position demands a professional with extensive knowledge of OEM industry regulations and dealership interactions, capable of managing training initiatives, preparing sites for evaluations, and fostering robust partnerships with OEM affiliates and dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure OEM Certification: Oversee that all operational sites achieve and maintain OEM certification standards, including the addition of new certified locations as necessary.
  • Training Management: Supervise the organization and regular assessment of staff training programs to guarantee compliance with OEM standards, encompassing both internal and external training opportunities.
  • Audit Readiness: Conduct site visits to certified locations to ensure they are prepared for audits, focusing on equipment preparedness and training adherence.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic relationships with dealerships that meet OEM sponsorship criteria, including participation in regular dealer meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • RFI Management: Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring that all inquiries and requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • OEM Portal Management: Regularly update the OEM portal with precise and current compliance and certification information.
  • Reporting Duties: Compile and present comprehensive reports on field operations to senior management, providing insights into compliance, training, and certification activities.
  • Store Visit Documentation: Accurately record and manage information related to store visits, ensuring all data is current and thorough.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in the OEM sector, dealership relations, ICAR, equipment knowledge, and OEM connections.
  • Experience in Collision Repair is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and deliver training materials.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong collaborative skills, demonstrated by building credibility with senior leaders, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven willingness to learn, work diligently, and support various operational and administrative functions.
