Future Compensation Framework

This role commences with equity compensation, and our comprehensive tokenomics strategy includes the potential for token allocations to key team members upon achieving specific milestones. Following our anticipated public token offering, we aim to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

Your Impact:

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Motion Designer to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics and animations for our digital platforms. This role necessitates a solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and the ability to animate visual elements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop motion graphics and animations that enhance user experience and effectively convey essential messages across our digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the seamless integration of motion graphics with overall visual design and branding standards.
  3. Create animations for various web elements such as headers, banners, calls-to-action, transitions, loading screens, and interactive features.
  4. Produce animated illustrations, icons, and visual effects that complement the website's content and messaging.
  5. Optimize and export animations in web-friendly formats (e.g., GIF, MP4, WebM) while maintaining quality and performance.
  6. Stay informed about the latest web design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies in motion design.
  7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the visual appeal and user engagement of our platforms.
  8. Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation and compatibility of motion graphics across various browsers and devices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in motion design, particularly for web-based projects.
  3. Proficient in motion graphics software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  4. Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design.
  5. Familiarity with web animation technologies such as HTML5 canvas, CSS animations, and JavaScript libraries (e.g., GreenSock, Lottie).
  6. Knowledge of video editing software and techniques.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  8. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Ability to deliver on time and attend all required meetings.
  11. Candidate must have a reliable design system and strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with interactive design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Framer, InVision).
  2. Knowledge of front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  3. Experience with motion capture or 3D animation is a plus.
  4. A portfolio showcasing outstanding motion design work for web-based projects.
