Your Impact

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Motion Designer to join our efforts. The successful candidate will be tasked with conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics and animations for our digital platforms. This role requires a solid understanding of web design principles and the ability to animate visual elements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and create motion graphics and animations that enhance user experience and effectively convey key messages across our digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive integration of motion graphics with overall visual design and branding.
  3. Develop animations for various web elements such as headers, banners, and interactive components.
  4. Create animated illustrations and visual effects that align with the website's content.
  5. Optimize and export animations in web-friendly formats while maintaining quality.
  6. Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in motion design.
  7. Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance the visual appeal and user engagement of our platforms.
  8. Work closely with developers to ensure compatibility of motion graphics across different browsers and devices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in motion design for web-based projects.
  3. Proficiency in motion graphics software such as After Effects or similar tools.
  4. Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience.
  5. Familiarity with web animation technologies such as HTML5, CSS animations, and JavaScript libraries.
