This position starts with equity compensation, with plans to offer tokens to key contributors upon achieving specific milestones. Following our anticipated public token sale, we aim to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

Your Impact

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Storyboard Illustrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging storyboards for our marketing and digital platforms. This role requires a solid understanding of design principles and the ability to bring visual narratives to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and illustrate storyboards for animations that enhance user experience and effectively convey key messages across our digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive integration of storyboards with overall visual design and branding.
  3. Create animated storyboard illustrations and visual effects that align with our content and messaging.
  4. Stay informed about the latest design trends and animation techniques relevant to storyboard illustration.
  5. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to enhance visual appeal and user engagement.
  6. Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of motion graphics across various platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in graphic design, particularly for marketing initiatives.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  4. Strong grasp of design principles.
  5. A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a creative design role.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  7. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  9. Reliable internet connection and a good working design system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with interactive design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  2. Familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  3. A portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design work for marketing and digital projects.
