This position starts with equity compensation, with future plans to introduce tokens to key contributors upon achieving specific milestones. Following our anticipated public token sale, we aim to implement salaries for both full-time and part-time roles.

Your Impact

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Storyboard Illustrator to enhance our creative output. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging storyboards for our marketing and digital platforms. This role demands a strong grasp of design principles and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and illustrate storyboards for animations that enrich user experience and effectively convey essential messages across our digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the storyboard aligns with overall visual aesthetics and branding standards.
  3. Create animated storyboard illustrations, icons, and visual effects that enhance the website's content and messaging.
  4. Stay informed about the latest design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies relevant to storyboard illustration.
  5. Engage in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to elevate the visual appeal and user engagement of our platforms.
  6. Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of motion graphics across various devices and browsers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in graphic design, particularly for marketing initiatives.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  4. Strong understanding of design principles.
  5. A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a creative design role.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
  7. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  9. Capability to deliver work on time and participate in all necessary meetings.
  10. Candidate must possess a reliable design system and a strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with interactive design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  2. Familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
  3. A portfolio showcasing outstanding graphic design work for marketing and digital projects.
