Leadpages is a marketing-focused website builder product to help our clients generate leads to attract customers. We are a no-code, drag-and-drop platform which is the powerful new wave of online marketing. We are 40 people strong that work closely together, we move fast and enjoy what we do along the way.

This is a temporary 9 months employment term, with the potential to be extended to 12 months, for a parental leave coverage. We are looking for a team member to join us in our Minneapolis office location, with the option to work on a hybrid basis.

What does a day look like in my role?

We get it, you need to know what you're applying for before you sign up, right? This is what you need to know. As Digital Designer you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute creative and digital branding concepts that align with the company's brand identity and business objectives
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure digital branding and design initiatives are integrated with overall marketing plans.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all digital content is consistent with the company's brand identity.
  • Monitor and analyze online engagement and use customer-driven insights to deliver and improve digital branding strategies and customer experiences.
  • Create graphics, website pages, digital ads, emails and other materials with Figma, Adobe and HubSpot.
  • Support the company's online presence across various digital platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
  • Develop digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale.
  • Proactively maintain a solid understanding of company core business, target audiences,industry trends, and digital design best practices for marketing.

What we would like to see in you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, with a design emphasis
  • 3+ years design experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Understanding of all social media platforms
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Self-starter who constantly looks for ways to improve their work and themselves.
