About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Cybersecurity Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our firm and playing a critical role in Sales, Account Management & Client Delivery, and Governance.

The ideal candidate will lead sales and delivery engagement with existing clients, identify new opportunities within their network, and be involved in leading commercial proposals within their Business Unit, with the support of team members. They will serve as the primary point of contact, offering industry guidance, strategic direction, and implementing best practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consulting
    • Proficient in work and time management, problem-solving analysis, effective utilization of tools and methodologies, idea presentation, meeting facilitation, team collaboration, and customer relationship management.
    • Oversees multiple projects and program management while supporting team members; Provides guidance to managers in complex situations; Leads strategic meetings and knowledge sharing.
  • Business Expertise
    • Key player in cultivating expertise and representing Sia Partners; Acts as a subject matter expert.
    • Contributes to the development of new strategic solutions and provides valuable insights to enhance organizational decision-making.
  • Business Development
    • Generates a Minimum Revenue of $1.5 million and Manages a Minimum Revenue of $1 million.
    • Actively participates in go-to-market and origination, enhances brand awareness, and builds reputational capital for Sia Partners.
  • People Management
    • Supervises project teams, sets goals, coaches and evaluates consultants, identifies and resolves internal issues, and develops Senior Managers.
  • Leadership
    • Offers guidance and inspiration to consultants, actively participates in the BU SteerCo.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of management consulting experience, with 4 years in team management and business development/sales.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Business/Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, etc.
  • Prior experience with cyber-related projects, focusing on topics such as Cybersecurity requirements, IT policies, Third party risk management, Penetration testing, Cloud security, Data mapping, Incident response, and Cryptography.
  • Proficient in applying knowledge of data protection regulations and laws, familiar with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed personal revenue goals through client delivery, ability to close sales and provide valuable solutions to complex issues.
  • Skilled in developing relationships with C-Suite and senior executives, understanding organizational needs, and proposing valuable solutions.
  • Based in New York, eligible to work in the United States.
