About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Business Development Representative to join our team at Pinehurst Toyota. As a key member of our internet sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate appointments and quotes
  • Proactively prospect and manage leads to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and phone leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and provide product information resources
  • Deliver inquiries and messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
