Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Northeast Sales Executive to join our team at Title Resources Guaranty Company. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with title agents and legal firms that are not currently partnered with us, while also enhancing our connections with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with title agents across key states.
  • Leverage sales expertise and industry insights to identify potential clients and manage the application process for title agents.
  • Oversee licensing procedures for new and existing title agencies.
  • Design and conduct educational seminars for title agents, focusing on various relevant topics.
  • Monitor agent performance through activity reviews and financial assessments.
  • Develop networks with mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to complement title agent relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in Title Insurance or Real Estate/Lending is advantageous.
  • A valid Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong relationship-building abilities, are crucial.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
