Business Development Manager Job Description

The Business Development Manager is a key role within Prism Specialties, responsible for driving sales and growth across a designated geographical area. This position requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and insurance companies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote Prism Specialties' services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing efforts
