This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing, offering a competitive base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market growth and new business development through outside sales and cold calls.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure client hiring needs and contract employee payroll expectations are met.
- Perform sales and service functions for targeted markets, including proposal preparation and presentation.
- Negotiate bill rates with clients and build strong business relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage.
