About the Role

The Account Executive, REG Foundation is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through daily ticket sales activities and new business development efforts. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline for REG Franchise Partners, with a focus on B2B, Groups, and B2C sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including special events and game-day sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in the community, serving as the face of the team for fans and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Minimum 6+ months experience in sports, direct sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, high degree of professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
  • Able to adapt to an ever-changing landscape and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
