Key Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Account Manager will:
- Maintain and achieve outbound call, talk-time, and sales targets.
- Engage in collaborative selling with assigned accounts.
- Provide clients with accurate pricing and product details.
- Oversee the placement, tracking, and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Document all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts.
- Introduce and promote new products and services as needed.
- Collaborate with field sales associates and management to meet territory goals.
- Execute targeted sales initiatives as directed by management.
- Report on customer and market trends to field sales associates and management.
- Complete necessary product training and certification.
- Stay informed about product, service, and industry changes.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1-3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in an inside sales capacity.
- Strong outbound and inbound phone sales skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and web-based applications.
- Experience with MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
