We are in search of seasoned Oncology Account Executives.
This position necessitates a consultative approach to customer engagement, emphasizing extensive Oncology expertise.

- Experience in Oncology and Account Management is essential.
- Preferred experience in Launch and Biologics.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing an account business plan.
- Proven track record of business acumen, problem-solving, strategic thinking, data analysis, prioritization, and project management.
- Ability to persuade, engage, influence, and support customers throughout the promotional and sales process, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of addressing complex issues with agility.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, fostering relationships based on mutual trust.
- Valid US driver's license and compliance with company driving standards.
- Willingness to travel as required.
