Position Overview

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver extensive assistance to various executives within a vibrant commercial property firm that specializes in brokerage, asset management, and facility upkeep.
  • Engage in a wide array of responsibilities such as generating reports, facilitating both internal and external communications, managing executive and broker information, and supporting marketing initiatives and property evaluations.
  • Assemble meeting documentation, create impactful PowerPoint presentations, organize and manage files related to commercial property transactions, and oversee the creation and modification of essential documents.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Support role
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Acquaintance with Adobe Photoshop is preferred
  • Understanding of office management systems and operational procedures
  • Exceptional time management abilities, capacity to handle multiple tasks, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
  • A background in marketing is a plus
