Administrative Coordinator

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcoming and directing visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Collecting and recording client information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Preparing and distributing documents, including copies and faxes, as needed.
- Following up on calls and ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Maintaining filing systems and retrieving information as requested.
- Providing administrative support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Organizing and maintaining office supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Participating in community events and supporting the Township Trustee as needed.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Summer hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
- Able to meet with clients in person, by phone, or through online technology as needed.
