Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Representative or Front Desk Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests receive the finest hospitality experience by:
  • Providing assistance to guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
  • Upholding a high standard of service and hospitality.
  • Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring all are resolved to their satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as mandated by Concord.
  • Managing guest correspondence and messages with the utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Being well-versed in the hotel brand and various programs (travel initiatives, special promotions).
  • Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency protocols.
