Position Summary:

A Front Desk Clerk at Kolter Hospitality Group is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. This role encompasses managing check-in and check-out procedures, issuing room keys, and addressing guest inquiries while adhering to all company standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate guest check-in and check-out experiences.
  2. Manage and respond to all guest requests efficiently.
  3. Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and room features.
  4. Greet guests by name whenever feasible.
  5. Adhere to hotel pricing structures, discounts, and upselling techniques.
  6. Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and adjustments.
  7. Execute emergency procedures in response to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security concerns.
  8. Cancel reservations in accordance with company policy.
  9. Report maintenance issues promptly.
  10. Follow all safety protocols while on duty.
