About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Global Cashiering team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting client payment services functions related to funds disbursement, receipt, and exception processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Dedicated Client Deposit Methods: Ensure the efficient processing of client deposits, including physical check deposits.
  • Monitor and Resolve Client Deposit Exceptions: Identify and resolve any issues related to client deposits in a timely manner.
  • Interface with the Bank: Collaborate with the bank to ensure proper processing of client deposits and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Resolve Transaction Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between the firm's internal system and the bank statement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with compliance, risk, client service, and other internal groups to resolve client issues related to deposits and withdrawals.
  • Implement Process and System Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve the cashiering systems and payment methods, and implement changes to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in finance, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word, and able to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Time Management and Multitasking: Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.
