Job Overview

DSG is in search of a Field Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time, salaried position with commission opportunities involves engaging with both contractors and industrial clients to promote our products and services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to various locations to establish and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Associates to identify and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive territory growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Introduce and demonstrate innovative products and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate with management regarding shifts in product demand.
  • Facilitate the customer ordering process, including managing orders, addressing inquiries, and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a postsecondary degree is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Product knowledge typically gained through two years of college or technical training, or 3-5 years of relevant field experience.
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of successful territory management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of software related to onsite sewer and well systems.
  • Familiarity with online commerce platforms and the ability to guide customers in their use.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
