Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate regional/area operations, ensuring technical competencies of business class staff and products meet client needs and market drivers.
  • Participate in project delivery to meet client expectations, collaborating with regional/area operations, marketing, and project management teams.
  • Contribute to business class efforts, including strategic planning, budgeting, and plan implementation, while supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Assist in growing the client base and securing new projects, leading teams in pursuing and delivering projects, maintaining client relations, and advancing HDR's leadership role in technology and the drinking water/wastewater market space.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering, or closely related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with a strong technical background and experience in planning and design.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in development and management of diverse teams.
