Position: Water Treatment Technical Sales Support Technician—Seattle, Washington

As a Water Treatment Technical Sales Support Technician, you will play a vital role in servicing our established clientele within the Seattle area. Your responsibilities will include conducting water treatment assessments and analyses for our customers. This position offers a clear career progression path towards becoming a Territory Manager, where you can earn unlimited commissions and receive annual bonuses.

In this role, you will be compensated with a competitive salary, travel expenses, comprehensive benefits, and a monthly vehicle allowance. We prioritize providing extensive technical support and ongoing training, ensuring that administrative tasks are kept to a minimum. Compensation is commensurate with experience and performance, with a first-year base salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer water treatment challenges.
  • Ensure the efficiency and environmental compliance of industrial boilers and cooling towers.
  • Conduct thorough water testing and analysis at various industrial facilities.
  • Promote and sell Garratt-Callahan's proprietary chemical solutions and monitoring technologies.
  • Support the sales of corrosion inhibitors, biocides, and water management solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in acquiring new industrial clients.
  • Provide service and sales support across the Seattle metropolitan area.

Qualifications:
