Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and design of infrastructure improvement projects, including stormwater, water, and wastewater systems.
  • Conduct design analysis, create drawings, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical reports and presentations.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, biological, water resources, or ecological engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Ability to obtain a valid driver's license and travel for work-related purposes.
  • Previous relevant water-focused internship or experience with water-related software, such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA-SWMM, Water CAD, or BioWin.
  • Experience with GIS and/or AutoCAD software.
  • Technical writing experience.
  • EIT certification.
