Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Water Mitigation Specialist to join our team at The Flood Guys. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading water mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and their properties are restored to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead water mitigation projects, including assessing damage, developing restoration plans, and overseeing project execution
  • Collaborate with our team of certified technicians to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify damage and develop accurate estimates
  • Direct and manage a team of technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Troubleshoot problems and find solutions in the field, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards
Requirements
  • Certification as a Lead Renovator with AHERA, WRT, AMRT
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and in environments that contain mold and dust
  • Valid WA state driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to respond quickly to on-call rotations
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Local and within 40 miles of our office location
