About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage projects across the country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: To lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality results.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Coordinate with owners, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
    • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Manage on-site personnel and ensure workers are properly trained and following safety protocols.
    • Maintain an organized and safe job site, adhering to OSHA regulations.
    • Travel to project sites across the country as required.
About You
  • Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience as a superintendent, strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
