Job Title: Agricultural Millwright Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Millwright Specialist to join our team at Force Power Staffing. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing physical labor on heavy agricultural projects, including preparation, assembly, and maintenance of feed and grain handling facilities.

• Perform tasks involving heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, walking, forward/above shoulder reaching, and balancing for long periods of time.
• Load or unload bundles, equipment, or materials to/from trucks; move bundles, equipment, or materials to storage or work areas using moving equipment, including fork-scissor-& aerial lifts.
• Work safely in tight, restricted spaces, following proper confined space procedures.
• Assist crane operators by signaling to facilitate lifting, alignment, movement, placement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
• Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads or direct others to do same.

• High School graduate or G.E.D.
• Experience in the agricultural or construction industries preferred.
• Experienced in proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to assemble, install, dismantle, modify, repair, and maintain machinery and facilities for smooth and continuous operation.
• Ability to remove, repair, and/or replace defective, broken, or obsolete parts of machines or structures and adjust clearances and alignment.
• Good math skills to calculate load/capacity, angles, leverage, measuring, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedules.

You will regularly work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity. You must be able to frequently stand, climb, bend, kneel, and reach; lift, push, pull, or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue and to effectively jump, sprint, or throw an object.
