Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to deliver quota and drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a high-performing Sales team, including recruiting, interviewing, and selecting talent
- Coach and develop sales executives and sales leaders to achieve sales goals
- Oversee the development and implementation of individual and regional business plans
- Ensure Sales team alignment with Paycor sales processes, practices, and policies
- Analyze sales activity and results to direct performance and provide input to senior management reporting
- 5-7 years experience leading a high-performing sales team
- Ability to manage and analyze all areas associated with sales activities and processes to track and ensure goals are achieved
- Proven track record of leading a sales team to overachievement of assigned quota
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent, including individual contributor sellers AND sales leaders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 4-year business degree
