Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ConnectAbility of MN Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Chore department, working closely with case managers, referral agents, clients, and vendors to bridge programs and services together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client referrals, create new clients in Salesforce, and update Chore Service referral forms as needed.
  • Import Chore Service agreements, manage vendor accounts, and monitor vendor eligibility online.
  • Process invoices, generate reports, and follow up with case managers for renewal.
  • Assist clients with social services navigation and participate in community events.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently within established guidelines.

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
