We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant 2 to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will provide critical support to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Manage correspondence and communication with stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
