Job Description:

The League of Minnesota Cities seeks a skilled Support Services Coordinator to perform moderately complex clerical support work within our organization. This role requires knowledge of laws and regulations affecting municipal operations.

Typical Duties:
  • Providing administrative support to assigned departments
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Assisting with special projects and events

This position may also involve research, data entry, and communication with various stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
