Position Overview:
We are excited about your interest in becoming a part of the Amynta Group. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders and manage new and renewal commercial lines policies. You will assist producers in the preparation and maintenance of new and renewal account submissions and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Servicing mid-sized commercial accounts with minimal supervision.
2. Performing supportive tasks for producers as per agency guidelines.
3. Engaging in verbal and written communication with policyholders and company underwriters.
4. Verifying endorsements and policies for accuracy.
5. Preparing various Acord forms.
6. Managing accounts within the agency management system (Epic) and following up on activities.
7. Gathering additional information to complete submissions.
8. Submitting new and renewal business submissions.
9. Preparing presentations, ID cards, certificates, and invoices.
10. Reviewing and assessing motor vehicle records.
11. Conducting research on coverages and various topics as needed.
12. Adhering to company workflows and system procedures.
13. Assisting policyholders in reporting claims when necessary.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Insurance 21, 22, 23 or a strong working knowledge of all lines of business.
- A willingness to enhance insurance knowledge through relevant courses.

Skills Required:
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures. Proficient in responding to inquiries from customers, underwriters, and producers through written and verbal communication.
- Mathematical Skills: Competence in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written or oral form. Capable of addressing problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work within the agency management system (Epic).

Licensing:
Must possess and maintain a current Property and Casualty agent's license and complete continuing education classes to uphold licensure.

Work Environment:
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to frequently changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role require the employee to sit continuously and utilize hands for various tasks. Frequent communication and close vision are also essential.
