Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Coordinator to become a vital part of our client's operations.

Primary Duties:
  • Oversee and recover overdue accounts receivable from customers.
  • Perform account investigations and analyses to address billing issues.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to facilitate prompt payments.
  • Keep precise documentation of all collection efforts and financial transactions.
  • Work closely with the finance department to reconcile accounts and tackle discrepancies.
  • Comply with company guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
  • Strong grasp of billing and collection methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Capacity to operate independently as well as collaboratively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
