Upper Extremities Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Upper Extremities Sales Associate to join our team at Stryker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with Sales Representatives to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales Representatives to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer relationships.
- Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and provide education to surgeons on product use and functionality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales plans to meet and exceed business targets.
- Assist in the implementation of new sales plans and marketing strategies to competitively position the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to manage inventory and ensure proper product availability.
- Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
- High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
- 4+ years of active duty military service.
