Position Overview

The Senior Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of clinical services within a foster care program. This position is essential for ensuring that high-quality, trauma-informed care is provided to children and families involved in the foster care system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, as required.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and interns, focusing on clinical practices and program protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations related to service delivery.
  • Engage in collaborative meetings with stakeholders to discuss client treatment plans and progress.
  • Foster positive relationships with external partners, including funding and licensing agencies.
  • Support foster parents through ongoing education and resources to enhance their caregiving skills.
  • Participate in data analysis to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide crisis intervention support and guidance to staff during challenging situations.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in direct service delivery. Candidates must hold or be eligible for clinical licensure. Supervisory experience is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, including refugees and immigrants.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in public speaking.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data management systems.

Additional Requirements

Successful candidates will undergo a criminal history background check and must possess a valid driver's license. Access to a personal vehicle is advantageous.
