Job Title: Account Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the Account Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the preparation of forecasts and ensuring that forecast data is current and updated within our ERP system. This includes ensuring that purchase orders are in place to replace forecasts prior to launch, updating changes in product availability or delivery schedules, and working closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of forecasts and ensure forecast data is current and updated within the ERP system
  • Ensure purchase orders are in place to replace forecasts prior to launch
  • Update changes in product availability or delivery schedules
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Engineering teams
  • Act as the leading support for budgeting and LQE activities
  • Develop and maintain positive internal relations
  • Demonstrate depth of relationships across the organization structure at key accounts
  • Work through OTD and vendor scorecards to achieve optimum rating
  • Assist with monthly performance review reports
  • Lead recurring meetings at the site, working with external teams and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for clear agenda items and preparation to present the best possible impression of the company to vendors and external visitors
  • Develop and track milestones
  • Identify and drive improvements in sales processes and systems
  • Pursue open non-conforming submittals for disposition
  • Capable of negotiating discounts with vendors
  • Responsible for maintaining export licensing with international vendors
  • Understanding of product both import/export and working with customs brokers
  • Process purchase orders and reviews quotes for accuracy to ensure original quote meets purchase order requirements
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of orders
  • Responsible for commercial contract review process and presentation of the CQRA pack to Quality, Engineering, and Planning generation of all appropriate documentation
  • Ability to lead efforts to launch products on time
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Word
  • Familiar with MRP systems
  • Export licensing
  • Customs brokerage
