Internship Overview: Our internship program is designed to tackle global energy challenges and is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience while contributing to the future of clean energy. Interns will have the chance to expand their professional network, acquire industry knowledge, and develop essential skills that will aid in their career progression.

Program Details: Each summer, we select motivated college students for a comprehensive 10-to-12-week internship experience. This program offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by collaborating with experienced professionals, engaging in individual projects, and receiving extensive training and development throughout the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insights into how IT underpins our core operations.
  • Support analysts, developers, or project managers on pivotal IT initiatives.
  • Analyze quantitative data to propose solutions for real-world challenges.
  • Design and implement IT solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain a focus on exceeding both internal and external customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Work typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with a standard 40-hour workweek; hybrid arrangements may be available.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, DAX, C#, Java, JSON, and Angular.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and intellectual curiosity.

Intern Experience: Interns will engage in meaningful work, providing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that significantly impact their teams and the organization. Responsibilities may include:

  • Analyzing data signals from various sources to detect misuse or compromise.
  • Assisting in database development, report generation, and process automation.
  • Supporting documentation for decision-making and operational improvements.
