Overview

The Logistics Management Trainee will assist in overseeing the management processes and contribute to cost efficiency, customer loyalty, and performance-driven initiatives.

This role requires collaboration across various departments including Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. The program is dynamic and encompasses all facets of the business unit.

In this position, you will gain valuable industry insights, skills, and resources to enhance your operations and fleet maintenance expertise.

Hours: 2nd shift, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Schedule:
Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationship activities by delivering exceptional customer service, proactive engagement, issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the rental division to maximize utilization while maintaining lease customer commitments.
Work alongside Sales personnel on customer outreach for new business opportunities and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Oversee operational costs and maintenance expenditures. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to optimize costs and maintenance efficiency.
Responsible for coordinating with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Ensure precise preventive maintenance scheduling and follow-ups, manage breakdowns, and provide vehicle status updates; supervise Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and adaptability.

Additional Duties
Relocation within the business unit upon completion of the training program is mandatory.
Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

Bachelor's degree is required.
One (1) year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution is preferred.
