The Opportunity

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team of high-performing sales professionals growing our Digital Buildings work nationwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
  • Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share this knowledge with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of proven sales experience in Master Systems Integration, Building Automation Systems, and Energy Efficiency with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Or, have personal network and purchasing experience coming from the buyers' side within local government, K-12, higher education, or healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent business experience required
  • Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers required
  • Knowledge of financial acumen required
  • A deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by our clients
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • The ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow
