Job Description

At Aon, we are seeking a highly skilled Health Solutions Senior Vice President - Large Market Account Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the client team and working collaboratively with subject matter experts to deliver benefits consulting services and broader strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop employee benefits strategies and lead sophisticated benefits consulting projects
  • Manage vendors and develop client reports
  • Lead external meetings and internal resource coordination
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service
  • Display an in-depth understanding of the Health and Benefits marketplace, as well as Aon's Health and Benefits practice
Requirements
  • 15+ years of Health and Benefits background
  • 6+ years of consulting experience preferred
  • Client-facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage, or in the Health and Benefits discipline
  • Complex project management experience
  • Broad business knowledge/perspective
  • Team building skills
  • Business development experience
  • Life/Accident/Health insurance license (or ability to obtain license after hire)
