We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by managing one or more field offices and their assigned sales employees.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals through effective leadership and management of assigned sales employees.
- Market Development: Manage and develop remote markets by implementing and sharing best sales practices that optimize revenue growth.
- Recruiting and Talent Management: Partner effectively with internal recruiting organization and support internal processes to recruit skilled craftsmen in support of client needs.
- Office Management: Create and maintain a productive and positive office environment and culture for the team.
- Accountability: Ensure office team is accountable to company policies and procedures.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales with active clients, new clients, inactive clients, and prospects, through the demonstration and reinforcement of our sales process with sales employees.
- Business Development: Participate in marketing and business development activities to increase revenues.
- Employee Management: Direct and monitor daily activities of sales employees and implement proven best practices.
- Client Relationships: Build strong client relationships, including overseeing client appreciation activities.
- Client Service: Ensure superior service levels to clients; analyzing information regarding client satisfaction, modifying processes and counseling employees to ensure high levels of client service.
- Recruiting Operations: Build a quality workforce by overseeing the retention of quality field employees.
- Employee Relations: Build positive field employee relationships, including overseeing employee orientation/ appreciation/safety culture activities.
- Safety Management: Create and enforce a safety culture within the office that reinforces safety as our core value.
- Office Administration: Plan, control, and monitor office sales budget.
- Staff Development: Manage staff member performance by establishing clear goals and objectives, KPI's, timelines, performance measurement to goals and KPI's and performance feedback and coaching and development to staff members.
- Office Environment: Create a positive office environment that enhances productivity and job satisfaction of office members.
