  • Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Overview of the Compensation Analyst Role:

  • Tasked with aiding in the administration, oversight, and evaluation of the bi-weekly payroll system.
  • Review, organize, and process timekeeping records.
  • Assist in the evaluation of employee modification forms.
  • Maintain and update precise payroll documentation and records.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as required.
  • Input payroll and accrual data into the financial management system.
  • Support payroll distributions including taxes, retirement contributions, and more.

Preferred Qualifications for the Compensation Analyst:

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll or compensation analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and detail-oriented.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Quick and precise data entry skills are essential.
