We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through new customer acquisition and maintaining existing customer relationships.

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events, both on and off site, to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Presentation and Communication: Develop and deliver presentations to small groups of customers to showcase our services and expertise.
  • Marketing Program Implementation: Implement our multi-step marketing program to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Route Completion: Complete marketing routes to ensure timely and effective delivery of our services.

Requirements:

  • Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, and customer service skills.
  • Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
