Job Overview

The Rain Man Gutters is in search of a dedicated FULL TIME Retail Sales Representative. With five years of experience in providing exceptional gutter services, we are poised for expansion. The most rewarding aspect of this role is that our clients reach out to us because they require our expertise.

  1. Leads will be supplied
  2. Training will occur both in the office and during client appointments
  3. After completing training, you will only need to attend the office once a week on Fridays for a team meeting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initially, there will be some outreach to potential clients until you are fully trained
  • Client appointments are typically located within an hour's travel from our office

Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work until 8 PM if necessary, though most team members finish by 7 PM
  • We are open to training the right candidate, but a background in sales is preferred
  • Experience in window, roofing, siding, or kitchen and bath sales is highly encouraged, although we will train individuals with strong customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This position offers an UNLIMITED earning potential
  • A weekly gas allowance is provided, allowing you to focus on closing sales
  • Enjoy time off on holidays, vacations, every Sunday, and alternating Saturdays
  • This role can be structured as a salaried position with bonuses or commission-based; details can be discussed further
  • If you excel in closing deals and are motivated by financial success, our sales team members earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually
  • We are looking to fill this position promptly as our peak season approaches
