Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Hire Health. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front office activities, and support the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily front office activities, including answering calls, redirecting them to the correct extension, sorting mail, and ordering office supplies.
  • Provide hospitality to guests and assist team members in interfacing with the facilities team.
  • Assist supervisors with internal communications and respond efficiently and effectively to requests made by the management team.
  • Edit accurate, written, and electronic correspondence that is free of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.
  • Prepare and maintain basic reports, send out internal communications, and coordinate meetings as requested by the supervisory team.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience providing excellent customer service and front desk support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information in a trustworthy manner.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and organize work based on changing and challenging deadlines.
