We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Front Desk Assistant to join our team at CHNK Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front office activities, and support the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily front office activities, including answering calls, redirecting them to the correct extension, sorting mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Provide hospitality to guests, assist team members with interfacing with the facilities team, and respond efficiently to requests made by the management team.
- Assist candidates and newly hired employees with interviewing, filling out new hire paperwork, completing drug screens, and other related tasks.
- Edit accurate, written, and electronic correspondence, and prepare and maintain basic reports.
- 3-5 years of prior experience providing excellent customer service and front desk support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work a standard 9-to-5 schedule, with some evening and weekend hours required on occasion.
- Eighteen paid days off annually, six long-term illness days, and thirteen paid agency holidays.
