Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests, responding promptly and effectively to their needs and requests
  • Streamline the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate and timely information to guests
  • Excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred, with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a guest-facing role
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
