Position Overview:


Help at Home is seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to oversee our Field Recruiting operations. As the leading provider of exceptional care and support solutions, we aim to empower our clients to achieve personal independence and live fulfilling lives.


This role is pivotal in guiding the Field Recruiting team by offering training, support, and mentorship to Recruiting and Onboarding Specialists. The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiting team to establish strong candidate pipelines through both traditional and innovative methods.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hiring, training, and continuous development of team members.
  • Mentor and develop team members, focusing on their professional growth.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics using ATS and other reporting tools to management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute creatively to process improvements aimed at enhancing recruitment outcomes.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies for designated territories, incorporating digital outreach, hiring events, and partnerships with community organizations.
  • Collaborate with branch and area leadership to gather insights on current hiring processes and needs.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding functions as necessary, based on team workload and candidate flow.
  • Travel to branches within the assigned region 2-3 times weekly to support the team and strengthen relationships with branch staff.

Qualifications:


Experience and Knowledge:
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience is preferred, along with prior office and recruiting experience. Familiarity with ATS is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.


Personal Attributes:
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.


Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and maturity as a team member.


Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and utilize a PC keyboard; must be capable of managing stress and conflict effectively. Willingness to travel to assigned locations as needed.
