Marketing Coordinator Job Description

PearsonRavitz is a physician-founded, physician-focused disability and life insurance brokerage that provides exceptional insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team, responsible for executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing concepts and campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive business results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage, create, and curate content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers, and monitor trends and performance metrics.
  • Write compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, website content, whitepapers, e-books, and email campaigns.
  • Help create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of professional experience in social media coordination, copywriting, and project management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools, including Meta, LinkedIn, Agorapulse, and others.
  • Experience with CMS and project management platforms, including Notion, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Understanding of website management and structure, including WordPress.
  • Comfortable with technology, with a strong ability to learn new software and programs independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000

PearsonRavitz offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, group short-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with match.

This is a hybrid role, with bi-weekly in-office department meetings and occasional in-office days for specific marketing tasks. Candidates must be local to the Ardmore area or within a one-hour drive/commute.
